Job Summary
This role is for an enthusiastic IT Service Technician eager to apply their skills in IT support and hardware rollouts. Day-to-day responsibilities include ensuring the smooth operation of a diverse system landscape, processing support tickets while adhering to SLAs, and resolving 1st and 2nd level support issues or escalating them as needed. You will also handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, maintain asset data, and contribute to IT projects. A key aspect of the role involves continuously optimizing operational processes and structures.
