Job Summary

This role is for an enthusiastic IT Service Technician based in the South of Hamburg, responsible for ensuring smooth operations within a diverse system landscape. Day-to-day tasks involve processing support tickets while adhering to Service Level Agreements (SLAs), resolving incidents within 1st and 2nd level support, or escalating them as necessary. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries via phone, email, and at the customer service desk. Furthermore, the role includes maintaining accurate asset data, supporting various IT projects, and proactively optimizing operational processes and structures. The ideal candidate possesses strong knowledge of Windows and Office environments, advanced skills in standard hardware maintenance, and a proactive, team-oriented approach.
