Job Summary
As a Team Lead for ServiceNow, you will be instrumental in shaping the strategic direction of the ServiceNow Platform within Schwarz IT, which manages the entire digital infrastructure for the Schwarz Group. Your daily responsibilities will involve coordinating and overseeing the customization and architecture of various ServiceNow modules and applications, ensuring all implementations adhere to technical governance, best practices, security, and compliance standards. You will also provide strategic and operational consulting to internal clients, maintaining an overview of planned releases and dependencies. This role is ideal for a professional with a background in IT or business informatics, possessing significant experience with ServiceNow, team leadership skills, and a strong understanding of ITIL-based ITSM processes.

Degree in (Business) Informatics or a comparable field
Experience
- Several years of professional experience in the ServiceNow environment
- Experience in leading teams and project groups
- Practical experience in JavaScript
- Practical experience with agile working methods (SCRUM)
- Technical understanding of integrations (REST/SOAP)
