This role is for a Service Help Desk Employee who will be instrumental in analyzing and resolving technical issues related to plant technology, including conveyor, process, climate, and ventilation systems. The successful candidate will provide direct customer support via phone and remote maintenance, meticulously documenting all inquiries and solutions within the ERP system. They will also contribute to 1st level support and technical service, and perform on-site fault analysis and maintenance for clients, involving approximately 30% travel. This position is ideal for someone with a technical background, strong customer focus, and a proactive, solution-oriented approach to problem-solving in a dynamic technical support environment.

Education
Completed technical training/apprenticeship
Experience
- Professional experience in conveyor technology, process technology, and/or climate/ventilation technology
- Experience in 1st level support or technical service is desirable
Languages
