Job Summary
This role is for a dedicated Service and Support Technician who possesses a strong aptitude for technology and a customer-centric approach. The successful candidate will be responsible for the commissioning, maintenance, and repair of dental CAD/CAM systems used in the production of dental prosthetics. Key responsibilities include providing technical support to dental laboratories and dentists via phone and email, as well as conducting on-site service and training sessions both domestically and internationally. The position requires a hands-on individual who can troubleshoot complex machinery, manage service cases in a ticketing system, and provide expert advice on software, hardware, and user-related inquiries. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys direct customer interaction and contributing to technical solutions vital for the global medical sector.
Required Skills
Education
Completed training in electrical engineering or a comparable technical qualification
Experience
- • Several years of professional experience in technical service/support or maintenance is advantageous
