Job Summary

This role seeks a dedicated Technical Service and Support Specialist to manage the lifecycle of advanced dental CAD/CAM systems used globally for prosthetic manufacturing. Day-to-day responsibilities include the commissioning, ongoing maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of these complex machines. A core part of the job involves providing expert technical support to laboratory and dental customers, handling inquiries via phone, email, and on-site visits regarding software, hardware, and application usage. The ideal candidate possesses a completed technical qualification, preferably in Electrical Engineering, coupled with strong foundational knowledge in mechanics, electrical systems, and control system setup. Success requires a customer-oriented approach, structured problem-solving skills, and a willingness to undertake service and training missions both nationally and internationally. This position offers a unique blend of hands-on technical expertise and direct global customer engagement.
