Job Summary

This role seeks an engaged Service and Support Technician to manage the full lifecycle of dental CAD-CAM systems used in denture manufacturing. Day-to-day responsibilities involve commissioning, maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of complex machinery. A significant portion of the role includes providing technical support via phone, email, and on-site visits, addressing software, hardware, and user inquiries from dental laboratories and dentists. You will also conduct service and training assignments both domestically and internationally, meticulously documenting all cases within a ticketing system. The ideal candidate possesses completed training in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field, along with strong knowledge of electrical engineering, mechanics, and control system setup.
