This role involves providing essential 1st Level Support and technical service, focusing on the analysis and resolution of technical issues related to plant technology, including conveyor systems, process technology, and climate/ventilation systems. Key responsibilities include direct customer support via phone and remote maintenance for rapid fault analysis and solution development, as well as meticulous documentation of all inquiries and solutions within the ERP system. Candidates should possess a completed technical education, preferably with experience in the specified plant technology areas, strong customer orientation, and a solution-oriented approach.
