This role is ideal for a technically skilled professional passionate about customer service, focusing on the installation, maintenance, and repair of dental CAD/CAM systems used globally for dental prosthesis manufacturing. The Service and Support Technician will be responsible for commissioning, servicing, and repairing complex machinery, providing technical advice to high-profile laboratory and dentist clients via phone hotline and on-site visits, and handling software, hardware, and user inquiries. Key requirements include a background in electrical engineering or a related technical field, good knowledge of electrical engineering, mechanics, and control systems, and fluency in both German and English. The position involves both domestic and international travel for service and training assignments, demanding a customer-oriented, structured, and solution-focused approach to technical support.
