Job Summary

This role seeks a dedicated Electromechanic to join an innovative manufacturing company in Heringen (Werra). The primary responsibilities involve ensuring the operational readiness of production facilities through the maintenance, repair, and installation of electrical systems and machinery. Day-to-day tasks include fault analysis, troubleshooting, technical support for the machine park, and managing the electrical parts inventory. You will also coordinate external service providers and participate in improvement workshops aimed at optimizing production processes. Candidates must possess a completed vocational qualification in a relevant technical field, such as Electrician or Mechatronics. While professional experience is beneficial, motivated career starters are also welcome. The position offers a stable, permanent contract in a modern environment with strong development potential, requiring a high degree of quality and responsibility consciousness and the willingness to work in a two-shift system.
