Job Summary

This role is for a Building Services Engineer to join the Construction, Assets, and IT department of the Rhein-Neckar-Kreis District Office in Sinsheim, Germany. The successful candidate will be responsible for the technical supervision of ventilation, air conditioning, heating, and refrigeration systems, including associated measurement, control, and regulation (MCR) systems within the district's buildings. Key tasks involve developing and updating action plans for short-, medium-, and long-term building measures in building services, as well as planning and executing construction projects (phases 1-9 HOAI). This position offers an opportunity to contribute to the sustainable, efficient maintenance, renovation, and modernization of a diverse real estate portfolio, ensuring modern and efficient public service delivery.
