Job Summary

This role involves driving digital transformation initiatives within the Rhein-Neckar-Kreis district administration's IT department. The successful candidate will manage the project portfolio, including leading internal digitalization projects from conception to completion. Key responsibilities also include organizing and conducting workshops and information events to foster digital literacy and adoption, as well as providing expert consultation to leadership and various departments on digitalization strategies. The position requires a strong interest in IT and digitalization, coupled with project management knowledge and the ability to quickly acquire new skills related to relevant regulations. Required Skills

Education

Completed degree as a Certified Administrative Specialist (Verwaltungsfachwirt), Bachelor of Arts in Digital Administrative Management, or a university degree in Business Informatics/E-Government, or a comparable job-related qualification.

Experience

  • Professional experience is desirable
  • Knowledge in project management
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations (e.g., EGovG) or willingness to acquire them quickly
  • Knowledge of Document Management Systems (Enaio) is advantageous
