Job Summary
As an IT Service Technician, you will be the frontline support for hardware and software issues, providing 2nd level support for desktop PCs, notebooks, and peripheral devices. Your daily tasks will involve installing and configuring hardware and software, relocating IT workstations, and setting up printers, folders, and drives. You will also perform manual application software installations, configure internet access and VPNs, and handle data migration and recovery. The role requires strong troubleshooting skills for printers, managing warranty claims, and providing VIP support. You will also be responsible for managing inventory of pool devices and spare parts, and capturing asset and CI data.
