Job Summary

The Technical University of Dresden is seeking a highly motivated Research Associate to join the Environmental Monitoring and Endocrinology research group. This role involves contributing to a national collaborative project focused on testing and developing cellular detection systems for aneugenic pro-carcinogens. The successful candidate will apply a wide range of molecular and cell biological methods, including NGS transcriptome analyses and in silico analyses, while actively communicating findings with project partners and the public. This position is ideal for a scientist with expertise in molecular biology techniques, NGS data analysis, and a strong collaborative spirit, offering an excellent research environment within a leading German university.

Required Skills

Education

University degree in (Molecular) Biology, Bioinformatics, or a closely related discipline

Experience

  • Professional experience in molecular biology techniques such as qPCR
