Job Summary
This role is for an IT Support Specialist who will provide essential onsite and remote technical assistance to large enterprise clients. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for IT issues, troubleshooting hardware and software problems, configuring mobile devices (iOS/Android), resolving network issues, and performing IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) activities. This position involves hands-on work, including setting up PCs, notebooks, and printers with proper cabling and Windows installations, as well as actively participating in IT rollouts and office relocations. The ideal candidate is communicative, solution-oriented, and eager to work in a dynamic environment, ensuring all support activities are meticulously documented in a ticketing system. Completed vocational training in IT
Experience
- Professional experience in IT support or an IT environment (preferred, but not mandatory)
