Job Summary
This role involves providing comprehensive IT support within a dynamic environment for a leading IT service provider, focusing on corporate clients in the Düsseldorf-Cologne region. Key responsibilities include participating in IT rollouts and onsite deployments, performing IMAC services (Install, Move, Add, Change) for various hardware including Fat/Thin Clients, notebooks, monitors, and peripherals. The specialist will handle incident resolution, performing function tests, error analysis, and hardware/software troubleshooting, potentially adhering to SLA guidelines. Essential qualifications include a completed IT specialization (such as System Integration Specialist) or equivalent training, excellent knowledge of Microsoft Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office, and basic networking and Mobile Device Management (MDM) skills. Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration or comparable IT qualification
Experience
