Job Summary

This role is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated IT Support Technician to join a leading IT service provider, focusing on specialized technical support outside traditional office environments. The core responsibilities involve hands-on hardware break-fix activities, comprehensive troubleshooting of hardware and software faults on non-office PCs and specialized systems, and proactive maintenance including patching and antivirus updates. You will manage the entire lifecycle of IT assets through IMAC/D requests (Install, Move, Add, Change, Delete) and coordinate closely with external manufacturers and suppliers for specialized equipment. The ideal candidate holds a degree or equivalent qualification in IT System Integration, possesses strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365, and is proficient in hardware maintenance and diagnostics. Fluency in German and good English skills are mandatory, along with a Class B driving license, supporting a structured and service-oriented approach in a complex technical setting.
