Job Summary
This role involves supporting a leading European IT service provider on a large-scale hardware rollout project. The IT Technician will be responsible for the day-to-day replacement of PCs and monitors, professional cabling, inventory management, and proper warehousing of new equipment. Key responsibilities include installing, repairing, and upgrading both hardware and software, handling IT tickets independently, and communicating with end-users. Candidates must possess a completed IT education or at least one year of relevant IT experience, along with proficiency in ticketing systems, basic networking, and MS Office applications. Experience in 2nd-Level Support or relevant manufacturer certification is highly valued. This position offers long-term perspectives within a dynamic, Europe-wide operating IT environment.
