Job Summary

This role is for an engaged Junior IT Technician to join a leading IT service and infrastructure company, supporting large corporate and nationwide client locations across Germany. Day-to-day responsibilities center on the hands-on management of the IT hardware lifecycle, including the delivery, setup, basic configuration, and commissioning of client systems, notebooks, and printers. A core function involves executing complex Rollout, Relocation, and Rollback projects, ensuring meticulous cabling, proper configuration, and thorough documentation of all IMAC activities within the ticketing system. The ideal candidate must possess a completed apprenticeship as an IT Specialist for System Integration or an equivalent qualification, coupled with practical experience in hardware configuration and project execution, particularly with client systems and printers.
