Job Summary
This role is ideal for a dedicated IT professional looking to provide essential first-level support and operational assistance within a local IT environment in Stuttgart. The specialist will be the first point of contact for PC users, addressing technical questions and disruptions, and ensuring smooth IT operations for an internationally active service provider. Key responsibilities include hands-on support for workplace hardware (PCs, monitors, printers, Cisco switches), on-site user assistance for IT issues, and managing hardware lifecycle activities (Installation, Moves, Adds, Changes - IMAC). Candidates must possess a completed qualification in IT System Integration or equivalent, strong hardware knowledge, and proficiency with Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365, coupled with excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.

Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration or comparable qualification
