Job Summary

This role is ideal for a technically adept IT Technician eager to work within a modern data center environment, supporting complex IT infrastructure. Day-to-day responsibilities include the physical installation and removal of server racks, hardware components (servers, storage systems, switches), and managing both copper and fiber optic (LWL) cabling according to precise documentation. A key part of the job involves systematic ticket processing and performing optical and physical troubleshooting on servers and cabling. Candidates must possess a completed IT qualification, strong hardware knowledge, and experience with cabling infrastructure. Crucially, the role requires working in an 8-hour, 3-shift system and demands proficiency in both German and English, as documentation tasks must be completed in English. This is a full-time, permanent position offering competitive compensation up to 3400 Euros gross per month.
