This role involves providing essential Deskside Support and end-user assistance within the IT service industry. The specialist will be responsible for maintaining the functionality of customer IT workstations, including client PCs, notebooks, printers, and peripherals. Key daily tasks include analyzing and resolving hardware and software malfunctions, installing and replacing components, and ensuring adherence to agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Candidates must possess a vocational qualification, such as an IT Specialist for System Integration, coupled with knowledge of at least two current operating systems (Server/Client/Network) and familiarity with standard hardware manufacturers. The position requires strong proficiency in Windows 11, excellent German (C1), and good English (B2) skills, making it ideal for a structured, service-oriented professional looking for a permanent position with attractive compensation.
