Job Summary
This role is for an IT Support Specialist who thrives on direct client interaction and hands-on technical problem-solving. You will be the on-site hero for a major European IT service provider, addressing a variety of hardware and software issues for end-users. Your daily tasks will involve resolving incidents, performing installations, moves, and changes (IMAC), troubleshooting network problems, and supporting mobile devices like iPhones and Androids. The ideal candidate possesses a strong background in IT support, excellent troubleshooting skills across Windows, hardware, and mobile operating systems, and the ability to maintain composure while assisting users. This position offers a dynamic work environment with real responsibility and the chance to work with modern technology.
Required Skills
Education
IT vocational training or equivalent solid experience in support
Experience
- Solid experience in IT support or a relevant IT education
- Professional experience with Windows, hardware, and troubleshooting
- Experience with iOS, Android, and network technology
- Ability to interact effectively with people and technology, remaining calm under pressure
