This role involves providing expert 2nd and 3rd-level support for Cisco Enterprise Networks, assisting clients with incident resolution and support requests. The consultant will take technical ownership for Managed Service clients, monitoring their (SD) infrastructures, and collaborating with internal teams, Cisco TAC, and other vendors. Key responsibilities include managing LifeCycle projects, ensuring customer satisfaction, adhering to SLAs, and documenting client interactions. The position requires a proactive individual who can identify optimization potential within client environments and contribute to internal workshops and projects, continuously expanding their knowledge in innovative technologies.
