Join the Chemical and Veterinary Investigations Office (CVUA) Freiburg as a Chemical Technical Assistant or Chemical Laboratory Technician, contributing to consumer protection and food safety. In this role, you will conduct chemical-physical analyses of alcoholic beverages, including wines, spirits, and vinegars, using advanced techniques such as HPLC, FTIR, and automated enzymatics. You will also be responsible for maintaining laboratory measurement systems, organizing samples, managing data, and contributing to the development and validation of testing procedures. This position offers the opportunity to mentor apprentices and interns, collaborate with the State Wine Control, and contribute to meaningful work in public health.
