Job Summary

This role supports the Biological Chemistry department at TU Darmstadt, focusing on the operation of the genetic engineering safety area and general laboratory infrastructure. The successful candidate will perform fundamental tasks such as cell transformation/transfection, cultivation of mammalian cell lines, bacteria, and yeasts for protein expression, and managing cryopreserved strains. Key responsibilities also include maintaining lab equipment, coordinating maintenance, managing chemical inventories, and preparing reagents.
