Job Summary

This role involves specialized administrative processing and comprehensive project management for the new construction and maintenance of electrical systems, particularly focusing on medium-voltage (MV) installations (DIN 276 cost groups KG 440 and KG 450). The successful candidate will act as the client representative, determining construction needs, preparing and reviewing planning and cost documentation, and managing the procurement process, including tender preparation, bid evaluation, and invoice verification. Key responsibilities also include construction supervision and acceptance of building services to ensure sustainable operation of highly complex scientific buildings. This position requires a degree in Electrical Engineering, extensive professional experience in MV systems, and strong knowledge of public procurement regulations (VOB, VHB, HOAI), combined with high responsibility, excellent communication skills, and a self-reliant work ethic.
