Job Summary

This role involves hands-on hardware development within power electronics, focusing on designing power electronic converters, selecting semiconductors, and dimensioning passive components. The successful candidate will conduct simulations using tools like LTspice and PLECS, perform PCB layouts with KiCAD, and design control systems for voltage and current regulation. Key responsibilities also include building, testing, and commissioning laboratory prototypes, conducting electrical measurements, and performing long-term and load tests. Analyzing and documenting measurement results are crucial. Additionally, the position provides technical-scientific project support, preparing technical documents such as specifications, test reports, and design documentation. Contributing to scientific publications through data analysis and interpretation, attending project meetings, and presenting technical results are also part of the role. This position is ideal for someone with an Electrical Engineering degree and research or R&D experience, offering a chance to work in a dynamic, interdisciplinary environment.
