Job Summary

This role is ideal for an IT professional looking to manage and maintain the IT infrastructure at the European Campus Rottal-Inn. Day-to-day, you will administer and maintain IT systems, install and configure laboratory software, and provide essential first and second-level support to staff and students. This involves troubleshooting hardware and software issues, processing support tickets, and creating user guides.
