Job Summary

As a Faculty Officer, you will be instrumental in supporting the Faculty Management of Applied Health Sciences, ensuring the smooth operation and coordination of all administrative activities. This includes managing appointment procedures, generating statistics and reports, and preparing for faculty meetings. You will also be responsible for coordinating and overseeing various academic processes such as study, examination, and lecture planning, as well as managing quality assurance and task distribution within the dean's office. Additionally, you will assist with the financial administration of the faculty, handling budget planning, processing invoices, maintaining financial software, and managing significant procurements for teaching operations.
