Job Summary
Join a motivated team dedicated to driving one of the largest digitalization projects in the Swiss healthcare sector at Insel Gruppe. As a Customer Service Supporter, you will be crucial in ensuring smooth IT operations by providing 1st Level Service Support for various hospital applications (B, C, and D). Your daily responsibilities include independently executing user requests or escalating them to specialized teams, capturing and evaluating customer complaints, and communicating improvements through Continuous Service Improvement (CSI) initiatives. Furthermore, you will manage user access rights on shares, files, and drives, and maintain robust communication during Major Incident Management to support core hospital business processes. This role requires an analytical, team-oriented professional with a completed IT education and mandatory ITIL certification, capable of maintaining composure in fast-paced situations while actively engaging in professional customer contact. This is a unique opportunity to contribute significantly to the future IT landscape of a major medical center in Bern.
Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational/foundational IT education (e.g., ICT Supporter or ICT Operator qualification)
Experience
- Several years of professional experience in IT support
- Extensive knowledge in Customer Service practices
- Professional experience applying Service Management Processes (Incident, Problem, Request, Change, Release)
Languages
Additional
- Mandatory ITIL certification (V3 or V4)
