This PhD position focuses on understanding root anatomical and architectural traits in crops, particularly barley, wheat, and maize, to enhance drought resilience and yield stability. Key responsibilities include plant cultivation in greenhouse and field settings, functional-structural plant modeling, and active participation in scientific dissemination through publications and presentations.
