Job Summary
This role involves providing essential End User Workplace Services (EUWS) support, including IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) and incident resolution for desktops, laptops, and mobile devices. The IT Service Technician will be responsible for installing and supporting customer applications, both locally and remotely, and providing direct user support on-site and over the phone. A key aspect of the role is close collaboration with clients, managing tickets within a ticketing system, maintaining customer assets in asset management systems, and meticulous documentation of all activities. This position is ideal for a proactive and service-oriented individual with a strong IT background and excellent communication skills, looking for a part-time, permanent role within a supportive team environment.
