Job Summary

As a Rare Disease Manager for NF1, you will own your territory across Middle Germany, including Dresden and Göttingen, driving strategic account management to transform patient access to life-changing therapies. Your day-to-day involves developing customized account plans for hospitals and treatment centers, building deep partnerships with physicians, nurses, and multidisciplinary teams, and translating complex clinical data into meaningful discussions. You'll collaborate with Medical Affairs, Market Access, and Marketing teams, use CRM tools and market analytics to refine strategies, and champion disease awareness initiatives. The role requires 4-5 years of commercial experience in pharma/biotech with a track record in strategic account management, rare disease expertise, and strong scientific agility. You must hold a life science degree and be fluent in German and English. Required Skills

Education

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Biology, Chemistry, Pharmacy, Medicine, or related life science field; qualification as Pharmaceutical Representative per local regulations is a plus

Experience

  • 4-5 years of commercial experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare industry
  • Proven track record in strategic account management and market development
  • Hands-on experience in rare disease environments
  • Strong understanding of complex stakeholder dynamics in rare diseases
  • Experience with high-cost specialty therapies (preferred)
