Job Summary
As a Rare Disease Manager, you will drive patient access to life-changing therapies for desmoid tumors across North Germany, including Hannover and Hamburg. You'll own territory strategy and execution, building deep partnerships with hospitals, treatment centers, and referral networks. Your day-to-day involves developing customized account plans, engaging physicians and multidisciplinary teams with scientific credibility, and leveraging CRM tools and market analytics to optimize business growth. You'll collaborate with Medical Affairs, Market Access, and Marketing to align strategies and champion disease awareness initiatives. This role combines commercial excellence with genuine patient impact in a rare disease setting.
Required Skills
Education
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Biology, Chemistry, Pharmacy, Medicine, or related life science field; qualification as Pharmaceutical Representative per local regulations is a plus
Experience
- 4-5 years of commercial experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare industry
- Proven track record in strategic account management and market development
- Hands-on experience in rare disease environments
- Experience with complex stakeholder dynamics
- Experience with high-cost specialty therapies (preferred)
- Entrepreneurial mindset with analytical capabilities

Additional
- Valid driving license required; willingness to travel within territory including overnight travel; territory covers North Germany (Hannover, Hamburg); ideally based in one of these regions
