Job Summary

This role is for a Junior Operations Professional focusing on Level 2 support for Outlook within the IT Operations team. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth, secure, and efficient operation of the IT infrastructure, specifically managing the Microsoft-based email infrastructure including Outlook and Exchange. Key duties involve processing orders, analyzing and resolving incidents, preparing and conducting tests for Office and mobile devices, and maintaining technical documentation. The position requires foundational IT knowledge, familiarity with networked computers, proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Outlook), and a willingness to undergo further training in ITIL-based operations.
