Senior IT Service Technician | (Senior) IT-Servicetechniker (m/w/d)

Job Summary

As a Senior IT Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing decentralized IT services and on-site support across 40 locations for the German Armed Forces. Your day-to-day tasks will involve handling IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) requests in IT/telecommunications environments, assisting users with IT infrastructure issues through 1st and 2nd level support, and performing installations, upgrades, and maintenance of hardware and software. You will also be involved in the commissioning and administration of customer IT infrastructure, including networks and server environments, and ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) by monitoring ticket processing.
