Job Summary

As a Senior IT Service Technician in Berlin, you will be instrumental in providing and maintaining stable, secure, and efficient IT services for the German Armed Forces, both domestically and abroad. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include the installation, commissioning, upgrade, and maintenance of hardware, as well as on-site support for IT/telecommunications environments. This role involves managing IMACD tasks, deploying IT infrastructure including network and server systems, and participating in IT refresh projects. You will work with ticketing systems, document processes, and perform DGUV V3 inspections. The position requires a strong technical aptitude, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
