Job Summary
As a 2nd Level IT Service Technician in Berlin or Munich, you will act as a crucial link between users and complex IT infrastructures, deciphering technical issues and explaining them clearly. Your daily tasks will involve administering IT infrastructure, resolving and documenting technical problems, assisting users with hardware and software questions, and supporting computers, printers, mobile devices, and networks. This role requires a strong understanding of 1st and 2nd level support, proficiency with Microsoft operating systems and Office 365, and practical experience with SCCM, Active Directory, and network technology.
