Job Summary

This role involves providing essential IT support and services for a growing IT consulting firm. You will be responsible for installing operating systems and applications, assisting with rollout and migration projects, and performing IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) services. Daily tasks include setting up and dismantling new and used equipment, backing up data, and offering end-user support and training. The ideal candidate has a completed IT vocational training or comparable experience, good knowledge of common Microsoft operating systems and hardware, and strong German and English language skills.
