Job Summary

As an IT Network Technician, you will be responsible for designing, managing, and maintaining complex network infrastructures to ensure stable and secure system operations. Your day-to-day tasks will involve installing and reconfiguring network components, maintaining the network infrastructure in production-critical environments, analyzing and resolving network issues, configuring Cisco switches, routers, and WLAN access points, and managing tasks and incidents through a ticketing system. This role requires a completed IT apprenticeship or equivalent qualifications, solid knowledge of network technology with Cisco components, and a CCNA certification or higher.
