Job Summary

Join REWE Group HR Operations as a Project Manager focused on HR Digital Transformation and Portfolio Management. You will drive strategic digitalization and transformation projects, shaping the future of one of Europe's largest retail companies. Your day-to-day will involve acting as the business owner for employee apps, leading their continuous development with a focus on employee experience, and scaling their implementation across the REWE Group. You will also manage and monitor the internal project portfolio, conduct data-driven analyses, and create project documentation while moderating workshops with stakeholders. This role requires at least 2 years of relevant experience in project management or HR/HR IT, ideally within the retail or FMCG sector, and a strong ability to manage projects end-to-end.
