Job Summary

Join REWE Group HR Operations as a Project Manager focused on HR Digital Transformation and Portfolio Management. You will drive strategic digitalization and transformation projects, shaping the future of one of Europe's largest retail companies. Your day-to-day will involve acting as the business owner for employee apps, leading their continuous development with a focus on employee experience, and scaling their implementation across the REWE Group. You will also manage and monitor the internal project portfolio, conduct data-driven analyses, and create project documentation while moderating workshops with stakeholders. This role requires at least 2 years of relevant experience in project management or HR/HR IT, ideally within the retail or FMCG sector, and a strong ability to manage projects end-to-end. The position offers a dynamic team environment with a focus on innovation and creativity.

Required Skills

Education

Completed university degree or comparable commercial apprenticeship.

Experience

  • At least 2 years of relevant professional experience in project management or HR/HR IT.
  • At least 2 years of practical experience in the retail, FMCG industry, or consulting, ideally in a complex corporate or matrix environment.
  • Proven experience in modern project management, with the ability to manage projects end-to-end (conception, implementation, roll-out).
  • Demonstrated strength in taking responsibility and ownership for topics, products, or sub-portfolios, including prioritization, coordination, and decision-making.
  • Experience in analyzing and utilizing data to derive well-founded recommendations and to further develop projects and services.
