As a key member of the HR Digital Transformation & Portfolio Management team at REWE Group, you will drive one of Europe's largest HR IT transformations. Your primary responsibility is the implementation and configuration of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, ensuring seamless integration into the existing system landscape. You will identify technical and functional requirements, harmonize HR processes, and manage complex data models between SuccessFactors and SAP HCM. Day-to-day, you will lead workshops with stakeholders, design system configurations focused on user experience, and conduct rigorous testing to ensure system performance.
