Job Summary

As an Inhouse HR IT Consultant, you will join the HR Document Lifecycle & Travel Expense product team at REWE Group to manage and advance digital personnel management systems. Your daily activities will involve ensuring the smooth operation of both on-premise and cloud-based HR correspondence applications, providing 2nd and 3rd level support, and performing system customizing. You will act as a key liaison for technical requirements, coordinating with Solution Architects to document and implement technical solutions while optimizing test processes through automation. The role is ideal for proactive professionals who enjoy structured problem-solving and collaborating with a Product Owner to improve application stability. This part-time position (26 hours/week) offers a unique opportunity to work with modern tools like ESCRIBA and Cytric Expense within one of Europe's leading retail and tourism groups, providing a strong balance between technical responsibility and work-life flexibility.

Required Skills

Education

Successfully completed university degree or a comparable qualification with an IT focus.

Experience

  • At least 2 years of professional experience in a similar HR IT or functional consultancy role
  • Professional experience with SAP HCM or SAP SuccessFactors
  • Experience in the operation and development of HR correspondence or document management applications
  • Experience in coordinating technical solutions and architecture requirements with architects
  • Professional experience in structured requirement assessment and technical documentation
