Job Summary

As an HR Analytics Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in driving data-informed decision-making within the REWE Digital IT unit. Your day-to-day responsibilities include preparing monthly reports, supporting the annual personnel planning process, and conducting ad-hoc analyses to provide actionable insights to management and stakeholders. You will collaborate within an interdisciplinary team of data engineers and controllers to optimize reporting standards and advance the automation of HR processes in a cloud environment. The ideal candidate possesses a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to solving complex HR data challenges. This role is unique as it offers the opportunity to work at the intersection of human resources and IT within a large-scale retail environment, providing significant influence over strategic HR initiatives while working in a flexible, part-time capacity.

Required Skills

Education

Completed degree in Business Informatics, Economics, Mathematics, Physics, or a comparable qualification.

Experience

  • Professional experience in HR controlling or general controlling
  • Experience in working with personnel master data and reporting systems
  • Experience in communicating complex data insights to management stakeholders
