Join a leading IT service provider as an IT Data Center Technician focusing on Hardware and IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) activities. You will perform hands-on hardware tasks within the data center, including installing, removing, and replacing server, storage, and data center components. Your responsibilities will also involve cabling, patching, and maintaining documentation, as well as independently handling incidents and requests using a ticketing system. A portion of your role will include basic administration tasks like applying updates and patching servers.
