Job Summary

As an IT Service Technician, you will provide critical onsite and remote support for end-users, addressing hardware and software issues across mobile devices and workplace workstations. Your daily tasks will include managing IMAC-D (Install, Move, Add, Change, De-install) activities and Break-Fix services within both office and factory/shopfloor environments. You will be responsible for the installation, imaging, and rollout of PCs, laptops, monitors, and printers, while ensuring all activities are documented within an ITSM ticketing system. This role is particularly attractive for those who enjoy a mix of technical troubleshooting and physical activity in a large-scale enterprise setting. You will work with hardware from leading brands like HP and Lenovo and support modern operating systems including Windows 10/11 and Apple iOS.
