Job Summary

As an Onsite IT Service Technician, you will play a vital role in supporting the IT infrastructure of a leading IT systems house. Your daily responsibilities will involve performing IMAC services (Install, Move, Add, Change), commissioning IT workstations and mobile devices, and managing the hardware and software lifecycle. You will also be actively involved in IT rollout projects, providing network support, and handling patching tasks. This role requires a strong service-oriented mindset and the ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders. You will work in a structured, goal-oriented manner to ensure high-quality service delivery.
