Job Summary
Seeking a flexible IT Application Support Specialist for field service in Munich, supporting dental practice and lab software clients in the DACH region. This role involves troubleshooting software and hardware issues, providing on-site service, assisting customers with software questions via third-level support, and training users on various software products after thorough onboarding. The ideal candidate possesses a completed IT vocational training, good knowledge of software engineering and network solutions, practical experience with PC hardware, MS operating systems, and MS Office applications. A driver's license class B is also required. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training in an IT field (e.g., IT Specialist System Integration, IT Customer Service Agent, IT System Merchant, Service Technician IT, Information Electronics Technician).
Experience
