Job Summary

We are seeking a Network Specialist to join a reputable medium-sized IT service company in Munich. In this role, you will be responsible for the operational support of client network and IT security environments, as well as developing and optimizing existing infrastructures. You will also manage projects, including configuration and commissioning, and design, configure, and deploy complex network and security infrastructures such as LAN, WAN, WLAN, and firewalls. The position requires a degree in electronics or electrical engineering, or a comparable qualification as an IT system electrician, communication technician, network technician, or similar. Experience with switching, routing, and network protocols is essential, with a willingness to learn advanced technologies like OSPF, BGP, SD WAN, and automation. This is a full-time, permanent position with flexible working hours and 30 days of annual leave, offering extensive training opportunities and a modern work environment.
